Gm nostriches, Watching the news last, with everyone complaining about the understaffing levels of nurses in UK hospitals, bad culture, overworked, excessive absences, low pay and too few people being trained.
The answer, pay rises (through borrowing, so inflationary) and train more nurses (maybe from overseas) or by paying them to train!!! So long as we have some intrinsic motivation so they go above and beyond in care…... I would love to say they’re the best, but every nurse who has ever cared for me was really pissed off but most people who actually looked after me weren’t trained enough to give me a paracetamol!!!! So…

The more units you add, the more effort that then needs to be given to error correction. 🫡🙌
You cannot create a system by decree or a Fiat healthcare system, order needs to emerge spontaneously, from the individual, small community hospitals with autonomy, maybe, that are paid for at the point of use so there is a connection between your health and what you pay?!?! Just what I’ve learnt from #extropy
