Rode Go II uses a USB-C connection and should be compatible with iP 15. Not lightning cable but USB-C
The receiving end is connected to your iPhone and the subjects have the wireless mic pack (small clip on block)
As long as both are charged these should pair easily and handle the audio. Each mic also records, so you have a backup if needed.
Tripods are subjective but a Manfroto TwistGrip has a standard universal connection that threads into a basic tripod stand. Maybe find an ultra lightweight tripod that packs small.
Lighting depends on environment. Night vs day, so tough to recommend anything but LED light rings can work in certain situations, again small and easy to pack. Light ring won't have a long throw, so this would be for close up shots.
