I am thinking about this for #nostr #safebox. The owner could create a payment request (similar to a NWC) along with the relay to connect to. This could be written on the card. The phone or payment terminal can use this info to formulate a payment request authorization; there is enough data to confirm the request is legitimate and the payment can be negotiated as a lightning payment, a zap or issue of Cashu tokens. This would be very similar to how tokenized payment card already works when loaded into your phone wallet, except that you are using #nostr rails, not the bank payment rails.
