I've played around with getting Tailscale to run on Start9 before. Umbrel seems to give Tailscale host-level network access to let it access everything on the device. I wasn't able to find any options to enable access that on Start9.
I was able to get the Tailscale service running on Start9, but it couldn't access anything outside of its own container.
