I'm not sure if it's kicked in yet (or even if it will; it's tech after all...) but, as I promised a while ago, I have now implemented the steps needed to block all 2000+ #Instances (servers) that deal with #Meta / #Threads.
So if I suddenly vanish from your followers/followees lists it's not you, it's your #Instance.
This isn't in any way personal, except to those in control of any instance who don't have a problem with the predatory nature of corporate social media.
