I haven’t found anyone who will take me on and I’ve searched.
I also know I’m not taking any pharmaceuticals. It never fails I have the paradoxical reaction. I’ve had that so long it’s gone through a name change in my time, used to be the pediatric response.
What I need are simple books about ADHD that aren’t triggering.
I suffer from what I’ve recently seen here described as ADHDread that I called procrastination but that’s not what it is. Among other things.
