Can you elaborate on what you want to achieve?
If you want a crosswalk with two other colors for stop/walk, that’s impossible. That’s why crosswalks use a lot of ways to convey the information (symbol, position, sound).
If you want to say/write “green all the way” (meaning “it’s a clear path with no stops” or something like that), then just say that, it’s not offensive to colorblind people (I’m one of them), or be on the safe side and not use analogy at all.
