- It needs to work without any configurable settings at all. The system needs to be an install and forget system for the Indian population to use it
- It needs to be integrated with a mapping application
- Above all, it needs to be a self reinforcing feedback loop. Using the app should reward you with a smoother journey, leading to more people using the app, leading to better and better coordination. The prisoners dilemma is all too real in everything you do in India. If someone can save a couple of minutes at the cost of screwing 100s of others out of hours, they would do it without even thinking about it
