You might think that this crisis is caused by the diesel scandal that made their name a joke when people talked about testing, or about their resistance to EVs, or even just because of the general state of the economy right now.
And you're probably right, but the crisis turns out that they are making less profit. They are not actually losing money, not even close.
Thousands of people are losing their livelihoods because of this, because our current system can't allow a public company to just make a profit without growth.
