Dave Ramsey is great until he's giving advice to somebody whose situation doesn't fit.

I was talking to someone the other day and essentially this came out of my mouth, "We are in a debt based economy due to the inflation being the core function that works against everyone that doesn't use debt to their advantage. Debt is the answer. If you tap debt to pay bills, you're fucked. If you don't tap debt to buy assets, you're stagnant. Debt is the answer for growth in the current environment." Any of you that want to know about my approach to working it in my favor hit me up.
