Solid questions you ask!
#nostr certainly requires some re-wiring of the brain.
And it’s not without its hurdles. For example if we are going to truly #grownostr there are a number of UX issues that need addressing.
The two most frustrating for me at this point are:
1. Even though I have the same 18 Relays on 3 different apps, no app has all of the replies, notes, #zaps etc.
So basically I’m bouncing between 3 different apps to ensure I’m not missing any connections with people.
2. Wallet on-boarding. Especially self custody. It is not easy and I consider myself fairly techy as a former IT Director. So at this point while the #Damus app on iOS gives me the most accurate feed and notifications, I’m using @primal for the wallet (even though it’s custodial) until I can create the bandwidth to finalize hosting a node situation via Zeus or probably Alby at this point since npub1getal6ykt05fsz5nqu4uld09nfj3y3qxmv8crys4aeut53unfvlqr80nfm seems integrated with all three of the apps I’m using
(Why three different apps you ask? Because neither does everything I want UX and UI wise.)
Which brings me to the answer to one of your questions,
I think the Creator Economy is going to fuel Nostr. Being able to #zap you like I just did, for creating this Note that is worthy of my attention, you should be compensated for that financially!
