-Very gentle streching and walking around.
-Eating something despite having no appetite. Mostly soup or puddings/yogurt. Sense of smell and taste is fully gone since yesterday.
-Nose spray to help with the stuffiness
-Low dose paracethamol the times the fever went over 39C. My tummy can't handle pain meds so I have to be super careful with them.
And btw, one more from the weird symptom diary: the full body sneezes have been wild! True tests of pelvic floor muscles for sure.
