If you’re a reproductive health nurse (or heck… any sort of helping worker or professional at all) please just slow down and listen to your patient & let them finish their sentences. I have the audy-aitch-dee, I so totally get it, but you are expected, with your level of training, to overcome the urge to talk over your patient, listen properly, absorb what they’re telling you. I guarantee if you don’t do this you’re missing stuff like the nurse I just saw totally missed stuff.
