I was interested reading rightwing reaction to Sunak's pouring-a-pint pic yesterday. Yes, there was the expected racial and religious garbage. But also disgust that the Tory leader hadn't bothered to learn how to perform this "British tradition" before attempting it.
There was quite a bit of talk about how Thatcher and "even Blair" took their jobs seriously enough to not have "embarrassed" themselves.
I'm wondering whether it's less party-political and more growing dissatisfaction with the whole landscape.
