It’s literally a Unicode character laid over a texture that looks like it came from a free set of Photoshop brushes I downloaded from DeviantArt in like 2004.
I keep thinking there’s something on my screen that needs wiping off.
Then I realize the thing that’s on my screen is just awful design.
