Earlier tonight I got on a bus that turned out not to take me all the way home, and when I told the driver I'd just walk the last two miles he seemed astounded that was even possible. Do people just...not walk places? Admittedly I hardly ever see anyone on that route but I always figured it's because I'm generally there in the middle of the night.
