I made the terrible mistake of leaving my home today and attempted to exercise my physical body.
Huuuuge mistake. The emergency alerts and extreme weather notifications have been coming thick and fast all week. But did I listen? I did not. I have regrets.
I spent like twenty minutes outside in the shade, and I am completely wrecked. Another hour drinking ice water in a fully air conditioned environment and I barely recovered my equilibrium. That heat is no joke.
