Whilst lazing at the racetrack last saturday with my brother I told him about the Ant Story (My Time on the Planet of the Ants) — he likes science fiction well enough but always asks the most peculiar questions about my stories. This time it was “well what is the ant religion?” I, of course hadn’t thought about this at all. The story is mostly on the campus of Central City College and the ants and other insects there are very scientific— but now I can’t stop thinking on this question.
