You can definitely use something other than water for cold brewing... Don't heat up spirulina or wheatgrass etc., otherwise all the good enzymes and vitamins will be destroyed.
I personally wouldn't recommend soy. But maybe oat or almond milk? The fats in it can also help absorb the vitamins better.
However, a shot with water or lemon might be more beneficial, as the body doesn't have to work as hard with different digestive systems. Instead, it can simply soak up the beneficial substances like a sponge.
But I would just listen to your intuition 💫
