I didn’t spot any math error (although I had to do a double take on the continuous probability case…on my small screen my brain hallucinated an = sign where there was just a line break).
So as best as I can tell, this attack should still apply today. I never made it through Lowerey’s thesis, but I don’t think he goes in to this subject…but this is very pertinent to Softwar (sic).
