We are actively developing this
https://gitlab.com/walletscrutiny/nostr-opinion-plugin and it allows you to invite visitors on your website to leave opinions and discuss those on your website but also across nostr social in a seamless way. The way this works is with nostr nip23 long-form posts as "opinions" with threaded replies for each of those. On your website you control which users are approved and what each post's header, footer and hashtags look like as to give nostr-social users the right context.
Contributions to the plugin are highly welcome. For WalletScrutiny the idea is to expand it a bit in the area of additional formal data in the shape of tags. Currently we added only a 3-state sentiment: bad/neutral/good but we have ideas how to further add more things that should be configurable depending on the domain of the user of the plugin. But also the visitor to the website should be able to modify header, footer and hashtags etc.
