I hate the fact that restaurants don’t give the fish heads when you order the full fish in most US restaurants. We all know it’s because of white people because in my Moroccan family we fight over the fish head at dinner. Don’t even get me started about the all out brawl for the lamb head at some rosh hashanna dinners.
