Castlevania Nocturne is good. REALLY good. This one is set in the time of the French Revolution and features Richter Belmont and a badass group of vampire and demon killers he fights alongside. Violent and sad but always with a sense of hope and justice. Just saw it's already been renewed for part 2, too. Oh, and obviously not for kids! Haha
