Read an Atlantic article about a stagnant job market in the USA despite record unemployment (thanks Biden) and I'm too pissed off about it to even gather my thoughts other than to briefly say here that the hiring process is bullshit, all the interviews, how difficult it is to find jobs is because of that bullshit process. That the bullshit companies have come up with. Anyway.
