I wish I could install a "mute" switch in my brain.
To turn off "line in" with my hearing, to turn off vocal chords, so no more screaming when I'm furious.
Mostly, I wanna turn off my hearing, and have my hearing back on when I need hearing.
I cant help but hear EVERYTHING around me.
I cant just NOT overhear my roommate, or neighbors, or dogs, or sirens, or engines, bells buzzes pings bings dings...and I dont forget about those dang leafblowers.
I would like an "off" switch for my hearing.
