A new record for mid-to-long range moves: 56 minutes, 17 seconds. The punches and kicks were done in combinations to cut down on rest time. This way, instead of taking a breath every 500 reps, I took a quick rest every 1500 reps.
But now I'm covered in sweat and I gotta do some stretches before I start feeling the soreness.
