I neither set out to preach or hide in my works, instead writing what I do.
It doesn’t matter. Everyone colors my work with their own views. Too, there are those who’ll find whatever they want to find—whether they read my work or not.
I find preachy books irritating, even when I agree with the politics. Those who are overly cautious project a safe, dishonest tone.
Just be, & be free.
