"content": "I was recently considering at what point I should consider supplementing B12 due to consuming few animal products.\n\nI realized that I eat smoked oysters fairly regularly and plan to continue (they lack a central nervous system) and oysters contain B12.\n\nI eat 1 can every 2-3 weeks and also consume at least 4 cups of Silk soymilk per week... between those two sources of B12, I don't think I'd really need supplements.\n\n#vegan #oysters #b12",
