Ingredients

• 2 pound ground beef grass fed
• half medium onion, chopped
• 1 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 can (14.5 ounces) diced tomatoes
• 1 can (15 ounces) kidney beans, drained
• half diced bell pepper
• ¹⁄₂ cup beef or chicken broth
• 2 tablespoons chili powder
• 1 teaspoon ground cumin
• ¹⁄₂ teaspoon paprika
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 1 tablespoon of garlic powder
• 1 tablespoon of onion powder
• 1 tablespoon dried mustard

Directions

1. add olive oil to pot
2. on medium heat sauté onions and peppers
3. Add ground beef cook till brown
4. add all spices and diced tomatoes let simmer for 5 min
5. Add broth and beans
6. cook on low for 1 hour taste and add spices as needed
7. continue to cook on low simmer 2 hours for best results
8. I did add a small amount of water but its not always needed
