I ordered a new internet connection for my new apartment. Technician shows up 8 days later, says old hardware in the basement needs replacing first and will check with the landlord. 6 days later I call them again for an update, and they haven't scheduled anything yet. And technician is now on vacation, so maybe some point next week.
Used my 14 day annulment right and went to a different supplier, who claims I can have wireless internet running tomorrow.
Should have done that 2 weeks ago.
