Both of my kids, age 37 and 40, are diagnosed ADHD and have said “Mom, you have ADHD, you need to be diagnosed” but it’s impossible to be diagnosed. I’m absolutely certain I’m on the spectrum and have c-PTSD as well. My only recourse is to keep finding coping mechanisms like living in my noise cancelling headset unless I am in the forest and staying away from people.",
