I think that's only natural. It truly sucks. Here in the Netherlands we had a couple like that years ago as well. They did try to sue the lottery though, to no avail. They hadn't paid in a several months, yet when their numbers came up, they didn't understand why they didn't get the money. 🤦♀️ Not how lotteries work!!!!
