I only got my money back on it bc the manager was on duty and I'd read this for the first time earlier that day, so I checked within 10 minutes
They still didn't know how to settle the refund with corporate, as in this scam the card's funds were gone already. But they wanted me as a customer enough that they chose to make it their problem and refunded me anyway
At a big box store, this would not have happened
