Enjoyed some of the best #pizza today. #MattoNapoletano in #Skopje is without a doubt one of the best pizza makers out there. Especially their #glutenfree. I dare to say it is by far the best gluten free pizza we’ve ever experienced. Prove me wrong!

Just the name “maternity leave” is in a way a male word for something women should do. So all ready there it fails in gender equality.

@npub1u5h…9wm3 Oh.. We’ve had them stretchy in Sweden for over 20 years. I am sorry it didn’t die out but instead survived and spread across the globe.
BTW - One of my best pair of jeans was a pair of stretch ones from the brand Diesel back in 2003/2004.

@npub1hpc…hjn3 My point being that in the US people are more OK with migration because it is up to the migrant to pay for oneself.
In Europe many migrants gets financial support from governments in the countries they go to. Sadly many people just see that as a cost in style with “why should money go to one’s who haven’t contributed to the system”.
This difference is what I feel being a key difference between Europe and USA.

@npub1hpc…hjn3 You have a good point there. But there is also one aspect of the migration situation that makes a big difference. The US is a country where one go to “make your dreams come true”. In other words - you are alone with no actual social safety net to support you. The US is in that sense an extremely individualistic country. In Europe several countries have social aspect with safety nets. Those cost money. And who pays for that? Everyone working. That creates a big difference in perspectives.

@npub1t5e…nx96 I passed #IKEA in #Serbia yesterday and they still sell #Mondelez products. It seems like #IKEA is lacking the self awareness of human rights and values and let each company in each country decided how to act.
Of course #IKEA should stand up for human rights and stop cooperating with companies that benefit the russian state.
There are other producers of candy in Sweden that IKEA can sell globally!

@npub1hpc…hjn3 Maybe there is a difference in that I feel that Swedish government agencies are there to help people and to make things easy while they perform their duties.
When I lived in Italy I got a feeling that I was an annoyance to the agencies I interacted with. I needed to serve them and not the other way around.

@npub1t5e…nx96 We Must not forget to put pressure on companies dealing with #Mondelez or selling their products. For example #IKEA in #Sweden have said they stopped selling their products, while #IKEA in #Germany still sells #Mondelez products.
I spotted this at #IKEA in #Kiel a few weeks ago. If #IKEA had any self awareness they would ban all of #Mondelez products all over the world.

@npub1hpc…hjn3 Not planted yet. The oaks are in their first pots (as seen in the picture) and so are the walnuts. Will plant them at my parents in south of Sweden.

@npub1hpc…hjn3 @npub1g32…c74h Det håller jag helt med om. Det som sker nu är bara ren provokation. Som tyvärr många triggas av. Sen kan jag ju bli fundersam hur en utlänning (dansken) kan få tillstånd för något sådant i Sverige. Jag kan tycka han borde fått avslag med hänvisning till att göra det i sitt eget hemland.
Såg en intressant video häromdagen med muslimska lärda från ett arabland som hävdade att de ej var heliga böcker som brändes utan enbart kopior (och då ej heliga skrifter).

@npub1g32…c74h Det är en frihet även om vi kanske inte tycker det är bra. Det är även tillåtet i ex Frankrike, så det här är ju inte något unikt för Sverige.
Dock är jag inte någon arg vit kränkt man. Vi har våra rättigheter i vårt land. Du kan elda en bibel, koran eller vad som helst i Sverige. Det är så vår lagstiftning har sett ut i väldigt många år. Kanske att det dragits till sin spets de senaste åren, men ingen klagade på detta för 10 år sedan då det också var tillåtet.
