Two fraudulent transaction requests against my credit card today. Both for 0.00 USD, both flagged and blocked by my bank’s 2FA app.
New card on the way.
I can only guess that the zero value transaction is so ruse to try to get around the 2FA step. Someone might think “zero amount, no damage” and then a) confirm that the card is valid and b) potentially not have a second transaction flagged up.

@npub1xm9…26zl yeah I’m not sure that barrier is possible. Here’s the road as it looks currently.
The argument mentioned in the article is that cars are parked in the RH lane which should be(come?) a cycle lane. But off-peak hours, it’s a parking lane again?
Or is it: LH is a car lane, centre is parking off-peak, RH is bicycle full time? I somehow doubt car drivers will accept that.

I would not understand the meaning of this “never before used in Berlin” road sign.
The road in question has three lanes.
Is the parking lane the middle lane, or the right, during the stated hours/days? Does it make the right hand lane not a bike lane except in “weekday working hours”?
