@nprofile…q0de I kinda explored this from the opposite lens. I have been noticing emotions to manage them, and I noticed the feeling of attachment was very clearly at the very top of my head more than anywhere else, without even thinking about chakras or anything.
It wasn't til I was trying to find why that chakras came up, and the crown Chakra is very clearly noted as being obstructed by attachment and clearing that letting you feel the flow of the universe

I wonder to what extent chakras are the physiological locations of emotions and mental states and not necessarily just spiritual theory
Like you feel tension here when you feel this, and can tie emotions to specific areas
