Republicans oppose socialism when the money will go to the poor. They raise the fearmongering specter of Lenin when anyone suggest using tax money to actually solve real-world problems for real people.
Republicans and Democrats fight to the death in favor of socialism when the money will go to:
- defense contractors
- insurance companies
- banks
- investors
- prisons
- cop shops
- third party contractors
- foreign aid for bombs
Then they just re-brand socialism as 'public-private partnership' when it should be called 'public pirate partnership'.
Also the Federal Reserve Bank _is_ socialism. Also the fractional reserve money issue system is socialism for the banks and the owners of those banks.
They only call it socialism when the money goes to the poor. This shows how much they hate the working poor. They love the redistribution of wealth when it is being redistributed to the rich.
This is why I have always said that socialism (including Soviet socialism) was always a welfare robbery program for the rich and powerful, which it was, and which it is. Some people have difficulty understanding this. Socialism means taking from the workers to support the parasites. What fiscal 'conservatives' object to is taking from the rich parasites to support the poor.

I need help with installing and running via sqlite backend and tips on how to minimize database storage size. Is there any documentation on this? Has anyone done it?

Youtube is a censorship and narrative racket all sowed up by a carnival of incompetent clowns and grifters. The least competent of people have all banded together to silence competence and prevent competent people from accessing mindshare or moneyshare.
I'm starting to see the same mindset in some of the open publications spaces. If you are not a parrot for orthodoxy of the grifters club, you can't have a voice. If your ideas, however valid or even provably true, conflict with some insider's money flow, you are quickly branded a quack, or nut, or conspiracy theorist or whatever, unless or until they can figure out how to profit from your work.

This one I have in mind was beyond ghastly. I couldn't even believe it. It is like the person did a government-funded study with PhD psychologists on everything gross and offensive; then got reactions from test subjects and smooshed all the highest-scoring nasty tropes together in one about section.
I know the Internet is full of woo, but they don't make skin thick enough for what I just witnessed.

Yikes and oh hell no! I hit the wrong button and ended up following a profile I wish I had never seen.
I think I need to always click through and read profiles instead of just following based upon posts in a thread. It is too easy to be 'trigger happy' with that convenient little button.
The thread can look reasonable or interesting, but then after following the user account shows 100 shades of insane in the user profile list. This place is kuh-ray-zee.

I would like to move my snac2 install to another server with a different static IP, then point the same domain there. Is it possible to move just the server and user keys and followers/following json files without moving the external posts and objects?
I would prefer to move just the posts of the local instance and discard the posts stored from followed accounts and threads if that is possible. Any advice would be great!
