A standard to classify the various degrees of filtering (aka censoring) for relays would be interesting and might be helpful in the future.
Category A: Obvious spam is filtered.
Category B: Ads are filtered.
Category C: Content of type xyz (insert your personal ethical codex here) is filtered.
And so on.

Someone seems to be auto creating new accounts and posting messages in every second currently. Having to pay a couple of sats for every posting would make actions like these much more difficult. Seems to be the way ahead in order to prevent spam.
