@npub1h6d…sge0 the Jays have a lot of heavy lifting to do before next season if they want to compete but I will say this lineup looks completely different with Vladdy hitting an an MVP level and with some left handed bats who aren’t automatic outs.
I actually believed they could come back today. Even though they didn’t, that’s a good sign because if they went down by 2 or 3 early in the year I was turning the page to the next game.

Yes my friend pointed this out to me as well. It makes sense that there are hedging their bets in case they have to sell off at the deadline and don’t want to come calling in August for season ticket renewals (probably at a higher price) with a last place team and nothing to play for.
