I am not a lawyer and cannot offer legal advice, but the bill reads as if you would only need to act if a Utah user creates an account with an app store. Because Nostr is decentralized, the user is not actually creating an account with Zapstore. So I would think the bill does not apply to you. The bill will go into effect May 7, 2025. Sonic the Hedgehog 3 (2024). Paramount Pictures built up a a lot of praise and appreciation for the well received and success of the first two movies. The only concern I had going in to see this movie--Maria Robotnik. How were they going to--Sonic Adventure 2 iykyk--do the thing in this kids movie. On the one hand they did the thing, but on the other hand they did not really do the thing. Take your family and watch it. Great movie.

Absolutely agree. As to your question--Here in Utah the mDL is advertised as giving citizens the ability to limit the data shared with businesses or entities. So for example, if someone wanted to prove they were old enough to watch Deadpool & Wolverine at the theatre they could display the UT mDL, but with their legal name, address, donor status, etc. all redacted. Fortunately, your astute observation is shared by most Utahns and it has not taken off.
