I know of one that takes BTC and has a phone calls and SMS option only for $5 a month. Unlimited talk and unlimited text messages. What I do for data is use regular data-only e-SIM options in fiat, skipping silent. While silent has its use case(s), it's pretty expensive, in my opinion. Protecting your battery life. Charging to 100% drains it dramatically over time.
Right. As the battery nears capacity filling, the BMS has to work harder to find space for the electrons to go, so this adds significant wear and tear to the physical elements.
Latest GrapheneOS build has an option to cap your charging % to 80%. Once it reaches 80%, it'll start drawing energy from the wall instead of battery.
