15 minute warm up, 3 mile run, 15 minute cool down.
On one hand, I’m amazed at how far I’ve come since starting to run again this summer.
On the other hand, it’s obvious I’m really slow compared to my younger/in shape self.
It will fun to see if I get faster this fall just by staying consistent.

When I retired from the military last year I chose to do a job I was excited about rather than the job all my peers were flocking to. It doesn’t have the same earning potential 5-10 years down the road. I understood inflation was a serious problem but I didn’t know what to do about it. I kept telling myself that all I wanted was a savings account that actually worked. A few weeks later I started really learning about Bitcoin. What a life saver.
