Lifted in my Gahfield tank today, felt pretty good after so decided to walk for a bit and pick up coffee from a new place that I wouldn't normally go to and next thing I knew I had been walking for over half an hour, looked at where I was on google maps and realized I was halfway to the famous Hahvahd Yahd so I decided to say fuck it and went all the way, regretted it about 50 mins in as I was tired and hungry but got there like 15 mins later and got a nice Iced cawfee from one place and a Sandwich from another and fucked around for a bit before heading back and just getting home, all in all a nice experience that lasted almost 5 hours from when I left the house for the gym.

Lifted in my new Frieren tank top, was at the gym for almost 2 hours and got a great Delts and Bis pump and felt so good I walked for like 20 minutes to the nearest hipster city square with lots of people and hung around drinking coffee and going to a bookstore and then took a leisurely walk back, was probably out for 4 hours total and 3 people commented on it (only one homeless guy lol) but I could see a lot more were 'mirin it so that felt bretty gud.
