it can't be known for sure but the barge that took out the bridge in baltimore showed a couple of signs of possible electromagnetic induced problems, and there is a lot of heavy magnetic activity that is getting closer to the ground than normal lately
the barge's power went out, and then the exhaust started blowing dark smoke, both being signs of some kind of problem with the electrics of the engine and electrics on the ship altogether
it is just as possible it was a deliberate sabotage of the electrical system of the boat, or that it just was poorly maintained
the rest of this video is interesting just for how events and weather are showing a growing potential for massive electric grid failures, fortunately we are going into summer for most of the population but if the incursions of solar energy like this purple blob in the southeast of the USA become more frequent and happen while everything is freezing we could see some serious trouble
and you still have to wonder why they are making such extreme preparations for the solar eclipse next week
