I use hardened FF on Linux and GOS.
But, I must use macOS for work. The past few years I had been hoping this one browser would one day be somewhat usable.
If you're on a Mac or iPhone, I definitely recommend checking out the #Orion browser. In my opinion, it's finally usable most days and both Firefox/Chrome extensions mostly work on it now, both on Mac and iPhone.
They're also slowly beginning to open-source it as well. It is very good at blocking ads/trackers, has zero telemetry, and is quite fast, as a WebKit fork.
