Update of my post comparing encrypted messengers:
- added Sideband / nomadnet / Reticulum mesh networking
- fixed that Threema now allows group calls
- added info on SimpleX desktop sync (still not very good though)
- fixed that Signal can now edit messages
- general cleanup.
