The SEC should understand that the success of bitcoin means any pubicly traded company that resists it will fail, including banks. It also means nearly all public securities will lose value because nobody in their right mind will park their money in a zero-nominal-growth marginal-dividend nonzero-risk instrument when they can hold bitcoin. No more ESG or DEI bullshit. Its no longer a case of the average person searching for the cleanest dirty shirt this week or next montg; everyone can own the most pristine asset in history and "neither moth nor rust doth corrupt, and where thieves do not break through nor steal"
