You have a lot of options. Some may work better than others so I'll give you a lot of examples and you can see what works best for you.
You could use a Nostr app called 0xchat (nprofile…f30t) (Android and iOS) to setup chat groups. These can be public or private. You and your friends could use these to chat privately or even a client group like you mentioned.
You could get crazy and more complicated and run a relay for you and your friends. You could make it so only you can your friends post to it but the world can read from it. You could make it a public relay that everyone is able to read and write to. You could even make it a paid relay.
You could also buy a server from a web hosting company and setup a Ditto (nprofile…q60d) instance. Think of this as a Nostr community website for Doms. I'm sure Alex Gleason 🐍 (nprofile…al0v) or MK Fain 💜 (nprofile…ntrp) could help. This is a neat community option.
For OF /subscriber type content for example, you could use the creator relay from Mazin (nprofile…sum5) and paid content behind a paywall. Or to could use the Highlighter creator app from PABLOF7z (nprofile…4ph5).
Next, you mentioned streaming, you can live stream via zap.stream and this content does show up in several Nostr apps.
You could also hold audio only chats with clients or maybe a dom school or something discussing different topics on nests (nprofile…ksmz) and this content shows up in some apps as well as NostrNests.com .
As for Bitcoin. I use Strike too. I use it to buy/save in bitcoin. And then I withdrawal it to a cold wallet when needed. I'll recommend a BitKey device as they are more beginner friendly. You can use Strike as a hot/spending wallet but you can also use your Primal as that too.
