Pooling private relays may enable them to play a greater role.
Establish a publicly accessible portal relay responsible for forwarding requests to externally inaccessible private relays. There can be more than one portal relay. These private relays not only store one's own notes, but also the notes of one's followers, and can even receive sats to store other third-party notes.
