It doesn't store your bitcoin private keys. It doesn't cost a fortune, or hide any secrets of how it works. It doesn't take an expert to build it at home from off-the-shelf parts (I've built three so far). And it *doesn't* store your private keys in some device or memory or format that's questionably secure. In fact, it doesn't store your private keys at all! When you disconnect the power, your private keys disappear with the vanishing electricity.\n\nWhat DOES this amazing device do?
